Investigator Training - An Update on Sexual Harassment

Event Description

Deadline to Register: February 14

Learn the landscape on sexual harassment. We will discuss the elements of harassment, case law and the differences between state and federal law on this topic.

A significant focus of this presentation will be on what conduct is enough to be severe and pervasive under the federal jurisprudence. We will analyze what the case law says on frequency of conduct, severity of conduct and related issues, including a single incident of sexual assault.
