The European Union is one of the largest markets in the
world which offers tremendous earning opportunities to US companies. At
the same time, the EU has a very complex web of national and supranational
laws that may seriously impede the access to or offer unique opportunities for
US companies that wish to enter.
This CLE will provide a
unique opportunity to learn about EU market entry stages from four lawyers from
three different countries: United States, Lithuania and Germany. The
speakers will cover the legal, business and tax considerations with respect to
pre-entrance planning, the actual entry in the EU market and the
post-entrance legal
positioning.
