You did What? Navigating Conflicts of Interest in the Public Sector

Event Description

Deadline to Register: January 17, 2018

Can you write a daring tell-all book about the inside story of your workplace?  Can you moonlight after work, or accept gifts from constituents or clients?  Are conflicts of interest only financial, personal, or can they be something even broader?   Do the Rules of Professional Conduct constitute the sum total regarding what you need to worry about?  Conflicts of interest are a major issue in the public sector and for attorneys.  Learn how to identify what is a conflict of interest, how the meaning of this ethical concern is changing, and what strategies to take to avoid or eliminate them.

Lunch, registration and networking at 11:30.

Program begins at 12:00.
