Contractors and subcontractors must frequently name owners and other contractors as additional insureds on their CGL policies.  This program will discuss the applicability, scope, and statutory constraints of additional-insured coverage in construction defect litigation.

Lunch will be provided.

Speaker:

Bob Huber | A recently retired construction litigator from Stinson Leonard Street, he now serves as an arbitrator and mediator for construction disputes.  Bob has handled many disputes over construction insurance, including a large number of additional-insured claims.
