The American
Institute of
Architects has
developed a wide array of nearly 200 contract forms for use on all aspects of a
construction project. This CLE will provide an introduction to the AIA form contracts and will
focus on one of the most commonly used forms, the AIA A201-2017 General Conditions
of the Contract for Construction, and on some of this document’s most frequently
negotiated and litigated terms.
The New Lawyers Section Business Meeting
with round table discussion will follow the CLE at 5:30 pm.
