Deadline to
Register: November 12, 2017
Please note that the Section Business Meeting starts at 12 noon and
the CLE is at 12:15 pm.
Lunch is brown bag. Refreshments will be provided, however.
The list of qualified neutrals who provide mediation and
other ADR services in Minnesota is both substantial and impressive.
In this seminar, several neutrals with established mediation and ADR practices
will engage each other, and the audience, in a wide-ranging discussion as to
opportunities and techniques to start, build, market, and grow an ADR
practice. What works? What doesn’t? What is important?
What is not so important? Listen. Contribute. Learn.
