What are recent trends in cyber
security and incident response? Tech lawyer Damien Riehl will discuss common
attack vectors over the past year, as well as potential trends that could affect
your clients' and their potential liability. Closing out the session, he will
walk through a hypothetical tabletop exercise that demonstrates real-world
scenarios that lawyers and their clients might encounter
if ever under
attack.
The Computer and Technology Section Council will meet at
11:30 AM, follow by lunch and the CLE at
noon.
