CenturyLink has sought for several years to be regulated in the same manner as the companies with which it competes. This presentation will describe various efforts to modernize Minnesota Law to achieve regulatory parity, the passage of Minn. Stat. §237.025 and the manner in which the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission has interpreted the statute.
