7:30 a.m. The CLE program will begin at 8:00
a.m.
This presentation will provide a summary of changes in the
provider compensation market based on the just-completed AMGA 2017 Medical Group
Compensation and Productivity Survey. The speakers will cover where
compensation is increasing and decreasing as well as the trajectory for provider
productivity (utilization) in a value-based environment. They will also
discuss how Fair Market Value (FMV) analysis is being adapted to account for
higher proportions of compensation at risk for incentives including patient
satisfaction, clinical quality and
efficiency.
