Practice tips and Pitfalls for Attorneys practicing Senior Law with the LGBT population in the post Obergefell v. Hodges world.  Obergefell v. Hodges does not protect LGBT Seniors from their biological family or from potentially biased court officials in carrying out their estate wishes.
