Are you interested in becoming a MSBA Board Certified
Real Property Specialist? Do you tend to forget about the exam until the
month before when taking the exam would require a major cram-fest? If so,
the Minnesota State Bar Association – Real Property Section is here to help you
stay on track! Beginning in February 2017 and continuing monthly through
February 2018, the Minnesota State Bar Association – Real Property Section will
be hosting a brown-bag lunch study session at the Minnesota State Bar
Association's offices geared towards the exam. Each study session will be
centered around a topic that may appear on the exam and will track the course
materials from the Real Property Law in Minnesota review course. Participants
will be asked to review the course material relating to each topic in advance of
each session. Each study session will afford participants the opportunity
to ask a real property professional who will either teach the topic at the 2018
review course or has taught the topic in the past any questions that might have
come up in your review of the materials.
