Please note that our May meeting includes our Annual
Section Business Meeting and council elections. For the Annual Meeting, lunch
will be
provided!
Lunch, registration, and introductions will begin at 11:45 am.
Elections will start at 12 noon and the CLE will begin at 12:15 pm.
Presenters, Mr. Black
and Mr. Burns, will review the processes of the ADR Review Board and the Office
of Lawyers Professional Responsibility in handling complaints against persons
serving as neutrals. They will also discuss a number of common issues
raised by these complaints.
