Clients often arrive at our ADR sessions in
heightened states of emotion. How can we as ADR professionals manage
ourselves, our clients and our processes so we don’t succumb to the contagion of
distress. This session will cover how to set the emotional tone in the room
and provide strong leadership in sessions so clients feel heard, emotions are
contained, and conflicts are managed effectively.
