In
April of 2013, the Minnesota Supreme Court issued a ruling in Ruiz v. 1st Fidelity Loan Servicing, which was hailed as
a decision that would change foreclosures by advertisement in Minnesota.
Join
our distinguished panel as we explore the significance of Ruiz and the landscape of Minnesota
foreclosures.
Panelists include Jonathan Drewes, Michael Wang and David
Mortensen, who represented the parties in the landmark Ruiz case, joined by
mortgage foreclosure experts regularly on both sides of litigated cases, Rebecca
Schiller, Jesse Kibort and Jared Kemper. Lunch will
begin at Noon, followed by the CLE program from 12:15 p.m. - 1:15
p.m.
Special
meal requests need to be received no later than Monday, October
28.
