Minnesota ADR Handbook authors Linda Mealey-Lohmann and
Leslie Sinner McEvoy will provide an overview of the veritable "smorgasbord" of
options contained in Rule 114's 10 ADR Processes. Presenters will also
provide practice tips for using these processes and updates on recent
developments in ADR practice in Minnesota.
Please join us after the ADR
Section meeting and CLE for happy hour at Mason's in downtown Minneapolis.
