The current Commissioner and a former Commissioner of the State of
Minnesota's Bureau of Mediation Services (BMS) will give an overview of the
mission, history, programs and role of the BMS and how new legislative
initiatives may change the landscape of Minnesota dispute resolution. They
will discuss how the new Office of Collaboration and Dispute Resolution (OCDR)
will increase and enhance the use of ADR in Minnesota.
Come and learn more about the BMS and the OCDR - and how to help promote the
use of alternative dispute resolution and collaborative processes throughout
Minnesota.
