computer & technology law; he specializes in the areas of data security,
data privacy protection, cloud, and maintaining compliance with contractual,
local, federal and international requirements.
Mr. Carlson holds internationally recognized designations in
the areas of computer security, International Information Systems Security
Certification Consortium ISC2 (CISSP), International Association of Privacy
Professionals (IAPP), (CIPP)/G), and is recognized and accredited as a PCI-DSS
Internal Security Assessor (PCI-ISA) by the PCI-SSC (Security Standards
Council).
