Effective June 1, 2016, the Minnesota Health Care Programs (MHCP) Eligibility Policy Manual (EPM) replaced the Minnesota Health Care Programs Manual (HCPM). Effective July 1, 2016, MSBA "communities" replaced its former listserv. On the same date, Casemaker became available as a legal research platform available free to MSBA members, and the MSBA later announced the return of its predecessor, Fastcase, effective January 1, 2017.

Elder law attorney Amber Hildebrandt and MSBA Online Services Director Joe Kaczrowki will present on keys issues and functions surrounding each of these resources to help elder law practitioners adapt to the changes and incorporate the resources more effectively into legal practice.
