The Chevron doctrine is one of the cornerstones of American administrative law. In this lunchtime CLE, we will review the Chevron doctrine, discuss some of its recent applications in federal communications law decisions by appellate courts, and also discuss how the doctrine applies to Minnesota regulatory agency decisions.

Lunch will be provided.
