Join us as we pragmatically discuss the advantages and benefits of South Dakota as a trust destination, including factors such as economic strength, supportive legislature and judiciary, income tax considerations, modern trust laws, and asset protection.  We also will discuss the practical day-to-day aspects of working with a South Dakota trustee.

Lunch and registration will begin at 11:30 a.m. The program will begin at 12:00 p.m.
