Suzanne Munck, Deputy Director and Chief Counsel for Intellectual Property at
the Federal Trade Commission, will discuss the FTC's approach to current issues at
the intersection of antitrust and intellectual property law, including
enforcement and policy efforts related to standard essential patents, patent
assertion entities, and pay-for-delay settlements.
Lunch will begin at Noon, followed by the
CLE program from 12:15 p.m. - 1:15 p.m. Special meal requests need to
be received no later than Tuesday, April 26.
