Advocacy in Mediation: How to Get the Best Result for Your Client in the Days of the Vanishing Civil Trial

Event Description

Deadline to Register: February 18, 2016

Every civil case is bound for some form of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) with mediation being the most popular.  At the same time, the number of civil jury trials seems to drop each year. Join three seasoned trial lawyers and frequently selected mediators to discuss how to present your best case at mediation to get great results for your client.  Find out what works and what doesn't as the mediator goes from room to room trying to get a case resolved. And, learn "when to hold 'em and when to fold 'em," as the mediation progresses.
