"An Afternoon with Ed Poll: How to Manage Client Expectations & Coach's Corner (Case Studies for Solo and Small Firms)"

Ed Poll, nationally renowned speaker and consultant, will spend one hour discussing how solo and small firm attorneys can manage client expectations. Members of the SSF Section can attend the one hour program and lunch for free.

Following the lunch program, Ed will provide a lowcost "Coach's Corner" program where he'll provide helpful case studies in solo and small firm practice and answer your most pressing questions, including:

- Getting Paid;
- Succession Planning Basics;
- Building Your Practice;
- How to Run Your Business; and
- Much More!

Sections members have the option of attending only the free luncheon program - Managing Client Expectations. All others must register for the full afternoon.

Section Members (Lunch Program Only):  Free
Section Members (Full Afternoon):  $10.00
Join the Section and Attend for $10.00 (total cost for dues & program $30.00):  $30.00
Non-Section Members:  $40.00

Cancellation Policy:

Refunds will be processed for cancellation requests received in writing on or before noon on the registration deadline. Requests should be directed to the event contact person listed at the bottom of this notice. Cancellation requests received after this time are not eligible for refunds. You may send a colleague in your place if you are unable to join us and the registration deadline has passed.
