"Motions in Limine - Live Demonstration with
Judge's Feedback"

The Solo, Small Firm, and General Practice Section and the Civil Litigation Section of the MSBA invite you to come watch and learn from veteran judges and experienced litigators as we delve into courtroom arguments for motions in limine and evidence issues. This series will feature CLEs on March 15 and March 28, 2013 in the Minnesota Room at Dorsey & Whitney.

What is a motion in limine? When and how do you need to make one? Two experienced litigators will demonstrate arguing motions in limine, with a panel of judges presiding to rule on the issues and provide feedback and commentary on best practices and the purpose and form of motions in limine.
