As of June 30, 2011, the Public Utilities Section has 136 members. The Section had a 4% increase in membership during the 2010-11 fiscal year.

Legislation and Amicus Briefs
The Public Utilities Section did not submit any legislative proposals or amicus briefs in 2010-11.
Annual Meeting and Election Results
The Section’s annual meeting and elections were held on May 18, 2011, at the Landmark Center in St. Paul. The meeting was held in conjunction with lunch and a CLE program. All were well attended with 43 participants.
The following individuals were elected to serve as Section Officers in 2011-12:
