Join us for the Section's 2012-13 kickoff lunch and CLE program. Minnesota Public Utilities Commissioner Phyllis Reha will discuss Commission practices, including ex parte communications and open meeting law.
Commissioner Reha was appointed to the Commission in 2001 after serving 20 years as an Administrative Law Judge. Commissioner Reha was recently appointed to the U.S. Department of Energy’s Electricity Advisory Committee and serves on several other national committees.
