2012 Update: The Ethics of Practicing Before the Commission

Join us for lunch with the Commissioners of the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission and hear presenter David Sasseville as he updates us on the latest cases and developments concerning the ethical obligations of lawyers practicing before the Commission. Mr. Sasseville will also provide an update on ethical rules and principles governing the conduct of Commissioners, Commission staff, attorneys and non-attorneys appearing before the Commission.

The Section will also conduct its annual meeting.  As part of the annual meeting, the section will elect new officers and council members for the 2012-2014 term and vote on proposed section bylaws changes.  Information on the officer and council election and the proposed bylaws will be distributed by email on April 30.
