"The Life of a Case in the Trusts and Estates Area"

A panel of practitioners will take you through the general process and procedure for litigating a trusts and estates dispute in Minnesota. Emphasis will be given to the nuances of litigation particular to this ever-growing practice area, including engagement and conflicts issues, privilege considerations and discovery requirements. Due diligence and best practices will also be addressed to assist attendees in avoiding or streamlining the litigation process.

Lunch and registration will begin at 11:30 a.m. Chris Hunt will provide a brief update on the progress of the Uniform Trust Code review process at 11:50 a.m., followed by the seminar at noon.

Join the Section and attend at no additional cost:  $20.00
Non-Probate & Trust Section Members:  $30.00

Cancellation Policy:

Refunds will be processed for cancellation requests received in writing on or before noon on the registration deadline. Requests should be directed to the event contact person listed at the bottom of this notice. Cancellation requests received after this time are not eligible for refunds. You may send a colleague in your place if you are unable to join us and the registration deadline has passed.
