The MSBA's New Lawyers and Practice Management & Marketing Sections Present
"Run Your Practice Like a Successful Business"
Join members of the New Lawyers and Practice Management & Marketing Sections for a practical, fast-paced seminar on the business of running a law practice. The practice of law is a profession, but a law firm is a business and must be managed like a business. Bill Gschwind, JD, MBA, will address:
- how emerging trends force changes to the way law firms are managed;
- six systems every business (law practice) needs to succeed;
- the future of eLawyering; and
- how if you don't know where you're going, any road will get you there.
