The MSBA's New Lawyers Section Presents
"Effective Corporate Witnesses and Representatives"
In this presentation, we address a number of issues that our clients repeatedly express concern about, including:
• Maximizing Use of Testimony
• Communicating Key Themes
• Handling Cross-Examination
• Avoiding Deposition Pitfalls
This educational seminar is based on our recent findings, as well as some of the key lessons we have learned over the years when preparing for and succeeding in trial. The presentation includes video clips of surrogate jurors and witnesses; examples of successful multimedia demonstratives; and some of our best war stories from along the way – all elements and experiences that have made us the nation's leading trial consultants.
