"Appearance Discrimination: A New Frontier of Employment Litigation?"

Are claims based on appearance discrimination a new hotbed of employment litigation or hot air? Penny Phillips and Chris Jozwiak will examine this timely issue and discuss best practices for investigating the merits of potential claims. Topics covered will include: workplace dress codes, body weight scrutiny, and attractiveness as a job qualification.

Cancellation Policy:
