Section Membership
As of April 27, 2012, the International Business Law Section has 150 members.
Financial Status
The International Business Law Section had an account balance of $3,686.62 as of May 31st, 2012.
Continuing Legal Education Programs and Social Events
The Section hosted three CLE programs in fiscal year 2011-12. In addition, the International Business Law Section
co-sponsored the Annual International Business Law Institute with Minnesota CLE. The Institute featured 6.0 Standard
CLE credits and was well attended with 90 participants. The Section also sponsored two social events in 2011-12, a
Holiday Dinner in December and a dinner in conjunction with the Section’s annual meeting and elections.

Legislation and Amicus Briefs
The International Business Law Section did not submit any legislative proposals or amicus briefs in the 2011-12 term.
Annual Meeting and Election Results
The Section’s annual meeting and elections were held on June 27, 2012, at The Cooper Pub in St. Louis Park, MN.
The following individuals were elected to serve as Section Officers in 2012-13:
