This presentation seeks to provide an overview of common business organizations in the Middle East, paying keen attention to foreign ownership issues and the role of Shari'a.
Ben Sharp concentrated on International Trade and Finance while at the University of Kansas School of Law, building on a foundation gained from postgraduate studies at the London School of Economics. He worked for DHL Express in its Bahrain Office handling corporate governance issues for the twenty-one country Islamic region.
