The MSBA's Food & Drug Law Section Presents


"An Update on Fraud Prosecution and Trends involving Drugs and Medical Devices from the US Attorney's Office"

Mr. Gerald Wilhelm, Assistant US Attorney, will provide an update on fraud prosecution and trends involving drugs and medical devices from the perspective of the US Attorney's Office. Please join us for lunch, the Section's annual meeting and council elections and this timely program. All Section members are encouraged to attend, either in-person or via teleconference.

Teleconferencing is available. Request instructions when you register or contact Elyse Farnsworth at on or before May 13, 2011. Instructions will be sent to you via email by May 18, 2011.

Cancellation Policy:

Refunds will be processed for cancellation requests received in writing on or before noon on the registration deadline. Requests should be directed to the event contact person listed at the bottom of this notice. Cancellation requests received after this time are not eligible for refunds. You may send a colleague in your place if you are unable to join us and the registration deadline has passed.
