Lynne Rasmussen has extensive experience advising companies in the medical device industry on a wide variety of legal issues. She has worked as a litigation attorney at firms in Los Angeles and Minneapolis, and as in-house counsel at Guidant Corporation and ev3, including serving as General Counsel to Guidant Endovascular Solutions. In 2005, she formed the Law Offices of Lynne M. Rasmussen, PLLC (www.lawlmr.com), which focuses on representing emerging medical device companies regarding the conduct of pre- and post-market research programs and clinical trials. Her experience includes negotiating hundreds of clinical trial agreements and informed consent documents.
