New Rules of Family Court Procedure went into effect on May 1st. The rules are much different than the old ones. Learn what you need to know about the new rules.

Susan C. Rhode is known for her extensive experience and high ethical standards as a family law attorney. Ms. Rhode is consistently listed among "The Best Lawyers in America" and named a "Super Lawyer" due to her exemplary work representing families who have family issues. She has received the Hennepin County Professionalism Award and was recently recognized by the Minnesota Judicial Council for her work with the Early Neutral Evaluation statewide training programs.

9:00 - 9:30 a.m. - "There is No Such Thing as a Stupid Question" - A question and answer session with a panel of family law experts.
9:30 - 11:00 a.m. - The Family Law Section will have a monthly business meeting.
12:15 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. - The Domestic Abuse Committee will meet.
