The MSBA's Environmental, Natural Resources and Energy Law Section Presents


"2012 Update from Minnesota’s Regulatory Agencies"

Join us for our annual briefing from top state agency officials on current and upcoming environmental issues. This program provides updates on the key issues facing the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, the Department of Agriculture and the Department of Natural Resources, and the latest news from the Board of Water and Soil Resources. In addition, we will receive an update on the environmental and energy priorities from the Governor’s office. Each presentation will be followed by a question and answer session that will allow you to get up-to-date information on the issues affecting your practice.

Teleconferencing will be available. Please indicate that you would like to participate over the phone when registering. The call in instructions will be sent out one day prior to the CLE.

Cancellation Policy:

Refunds will be processed for cancellation requests received in writing on or before noon on the registration deadline. Requests should be directed to the event contact person listed at the bottom of this notice. Cancellation requests received after this time are not eligible for refunds. You may send a colleague in your place if you are unable to join us and the registration deadline has passed.
