Criminal Law Certification

In December 2009, the Minnesota State Board of Legal Certification approved the new MSBA Criminal Law Certification program. Criminal law attorneys can now become certified in criminal law by the Minnesota State Bar Association. Attorneys interested in becoming certified, should click here or contact Jessica Thomas, MSBA Certfication Manager.

For general information about certification, click here. The next Criminal Law Certification Exam is scheduled for November 12, 2011, at the MSBA. All applications are due by November 7, 2011. The Certification Board will host a review course on November 5, 2011.
