"How to Avoid Being Reported to the LPRB and What to do if You Are"

Join your colleagues from the MSBA Criminal Law Section for a practical and interesting ethics program regarding how to avoid being reported and the steps to take if you are reported to the LPRB.

Mr. Birrell and Mr. Lundquist will address: fee agreements, workings of the district ethics committee, basic trust account principles, using investigators, and client perjury. Lunch will be provided at this program.

Cancellation Policy:

Refunds will be processed for cancellation requests received in writing on or before noon on the registration deadline. Requests should be directed to the event contact person listed at the bottom of this notice. Cancellation requests received after this time are not eligible for refunds. You may send a colleague in your place if you are unable to join us and the registration deadline has passed.
