The MSBA's Construction Law Section Presents
"The Negligent Misrepresentation Tort: Plumbing the Minnesota Pipe Case"
David Lillehaug (soon to be Justice Lillehaug) will start the program by providing a short overview of Minnesota negligent misrepresentation law (including the Tubby Smith case with which he was involved). Then the other presenters will focus on the facts of the Minnesota Pipe case, the arguments advanced by each of the parties and the decision that Judge Tunheim reached on April 3rd.
