"2011 Case Law Update"

Stay on top of new developments in Minnesota construction law by joining us for the 2011 Annual Case Law Update on January 13, 2012. We'll discuss key cases from the Minnesota Supreme Court, Minnesota Court of Appeals, and federal courts on construction law. For the last several years, Leonard, Street and Deinard has provided an excellent overview of construction cases issued in the prior year. Once again, Leonard, Street and Deinard will distribute a 30+ page Annual Case Law Update containing summaries of practically every Minnesota state and Eighth Circuit construction case issued in the past year. The Annual Case Law Update is one of the most anticipated events of the year for the Construction Law Section and shouldn't be missed.

Presenters:

Elizabeth A. Larsen, Leonard Street & Deinard
