"Intercarrier Compensation Reform Under the FCC's Connect America Fund Order"
In November, the FCC revamped the telecommunications industry's intercarrier compensation regime for long distance, local, VoIP and wireless traffic. Dan Lipschultz and Phil Schenkenberg will outline the intercarrier compensation provisions adopted by the FCC in its Connect America Fund Order, and will discuss the Order's impact on the telecommunications industry generally as well as its specific impact on intercarrier negotiations, arbitrations and litigation going forward.
