"Cost Effective Review & Production Technologies"

PLEASE NOTE LOCATION CHANGE FOR THIS CLE!

It’s an often documented fact that document review is the most expensive aspect of e-discovery. With foresight and planning, decisions made early in a case can both reduce this expense and enhance the likelihood of a favorable litigation outcome. Whether an expert or novice when it comes to technology, this CLE session will offer practical tips to guide you and your client through this process. The use of technology to reduce these costs has also come to the forefront lately as we follow the national discussion regarding technology assisted review. Please join us at our next Minnesota E-Discovery Project CLE session for a discussion of how various technologies can assist in reducing data volumes for review and production. The discussion will touch upon early data assessment tools; technology-assisted review; electronic production recommended practices; and what can be obtained, reviewed and produced from social media.
