The Business Law Section plans to publish an e-newsletter approximately four times per year. The e-newsletter will keep members current on changes in statutory law, recent court decisions, updates from the Secretary of State’s Office, and other subjects of interest to business lawyers.

Annual Business Law Institute
The Business Law Section and Minnesota CLE co-sponsor an annual Business Law Institute.

Committees
Members can contribute to the leadership of the section by participating in standing committees, including Banking Law, Business and Professional Corporations, Nonprofit, Partnerships/Limited Liability Companies, Securities Law, Electronic Commerce, Pro Bono, Co-0p, Franchising and Product Distribution and UCC.
