Attorney Joshua Brand from the Minnesota Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility will address common types of ethics complaints filed against bankruptcy attorneys, ethical issues that arise in the bankruptcy context, and tips to avoid complaints.

Mr. Brand is a 2007 University of St. Thomas Law graduate and has been with the Minnesota Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility office for the last 2 years.
Prior to the CLE, the section will hold its monthly business meeting.
