Purpose
The Bankruptcy Section promotes interaction and education among
practitioners
of debtor/creditor law, bankruptcy judges, and the public through regular
meetings, educational programs, the Monthly Mentoring Program, and pro bono services.
Each year, the Bankruptcy Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association hosts a reception to recognize the volunteers that performed pro bono service in the bankruptcy and debtor-creditor area during the past year. The Bankruptcy Section invites you to attend the reception and honor each of these volunteers.
RAEDER LARSON PUBLIC SERVICE AWARD
At the Pro Bono Volunteer Reception, the Raeder Larson Public Service Award is bestowed. The Raeder Larson Award is presented to certain individuals who have delivered outstanding service through the support and provision of pro bono legal services in the bankruptcy and debtor-creditor areas. Members of Raeder Larson’s family plan to attend this event in honor both of Raeder and the recipients of the award.
