"Point-Counterpoint: A Review of the U.S. Supreme Court's 2010 Term"

Professor John Eastman, Ph.D., the Henry Salvatori Professor of Law & Community Service and former Dean at Chapman University School of Law, and Erwin Chemerinsky, UC Irvine founding dean and distinguished professor of law at UC Irvine's School of Law, will review and debate the legal issues decided by the U.S. Supreme Court this past term. The two legal scholars are old friends, but their opposing views on a variety of topics make for lively debate. The event will be moderated by Justice G. Barry Anderson of the Minnesota Supreme Court.
