"Section 5 of the FTC Act and Other Antitrust-Enforcement Priorities of the Federal Trade Commission"
Richard Feinstein will address recent enforcement activities of the Federal Trade Commission's Bureau of Competition and the FTC's priorities for future enforcement. The presentation will discuss the FTC's recent investigation of Intel’s loyalty discounts and exclusionary tactics. Mr. Feinstein will also address the FTC's use of Section 5 of the FTC Act, which prohibits "unfair or deceptive” practices, in the Intel case and other recent enforcement actions.
