The MSBA's ADR Section Presents

"THE ADR ETHICS BOARD: WHO THEY ARE, WHAT THEY DO AND HOW NOT TO MEET THEM"

Join Chair Susan Rhode, Vice-Chair Kathy Snyder, and Moderator Board Member Dan Simon, to learn more about the types of complaints the board reviews, how the review process works and tips you can use in avoiding a complaint. The panel will also share some thoughts about how Rule 114 could be revised given such new ADR processes as parenting time consultants and will seek your thoughts on other areas of improvement.

ADR Section Members, MSBA Members and Current Law Students:  Free
Non-MSBA Members:  $15.00

Teleconferencing is available. Please indicate that you will be participating via teleconference when you register or contact Jennifer Carter by March 9, 2012. Teleconferencing instructions will be emailed by noon on March 12, 2012.

Cancellation Policy:

Refunds will be processed for cancellation requests received in writing on or before noon on the registration deadline. Requests should be directed to the event contact person listed at the bottom of this notice. Cancellation requests received after this time are not eligible for refunds. You may send a colleague in your place if you are unable to join us and the registration deadline has passed.
