The MSBA's Administrative Law Section Presents
"Administrative Law Section Annual Meeting - The New Faces of OAH"
Join us for the Administrative Law Section’s Annual Meeting with Tammy Pust, the newly appointed Chief Administrative Law Judge. She will offer her perspective on OAH, including its challenges and opportunities, and take questions. Jeanne Cochran, Jim La Fave and Ann O’Reilly, the three ALJs appointed since last year, will also take a few minutes to introduce themselves and describe their approach to the role. If you practice in administrative law, you will not want to miss this opportunity to meet these individuals and hear about their perspectives.
There will also be an administrative law update. Assistant Attorney General Jocelyn Olson will provide the legislative update; Hamline Professor David Schultz will provide an update on litigation.
The Section will hold council elections prior to the program. Click here to view the slate of candidates for the 2013-14 year.
